I have caught the Influenzas virus : (
Hot lemon water & Tylenol...3X a day...but not so hot that you cant drink it.
Crush the Tylenol up & dump in the water, stir very good...its basically the recipe for THERAFLU.
Oh...& use REAL LEMONS for the juice...not that bottled lemon juice crap.
Preferably use bottled distilled water also...not that crap out of your tap...it has chlorine & fluoride in it...which renders INEFFECTIVE the healing properties of the lemon juice & Tylenol.
