Well, it is that time again where I take my months holiday. I will be back the first week of September. I just want to wish my family on here a great summer and hope the weather is fine wherever you are. If you are going on holiday, have a great one. If you are staying at home stay safe. I will not be on here until the first week of January as I am getting ready for Christmas lol. I love this time of year and the holidays start, for me, six weeks before the actual day lol. I just wanted to wish everyone a happy xmas and new year and hope Santa is kind and all your wishes come true. Until we meet again, have a great one and stay safe.
Hi all. I have been as sick as a pig this last week lol. I had my first covid jab on Saturday and it knocked me sideways. I am taking another week off but should be back with you the Tuesday after Easter Monday. I have missed you all.
The second thing is I seem to have misplaced my wizard partner, Xiea Author Icon. Now, for all those who did not play our Harry Potter game, shame on you lol. Only kidding. The point is we planned to repeat the experience, I know; glutton for punishment lol. But, without my partner, I cannot do it alone as it was hard work with the two of us so it is going to be impossible with one. So, if anyone knows where my missing wizard is, could you either tell me or tell her I'm looking, please. If I can't find her I might have to advertise for another co host or not run the contest this year. Thanks again for the help and Happy Easter.

Since I actually had COVID quite bad back in November, I didn't expect the vaccine to touch me. I got the first jab on Friday, and I was on my back two hours later. I slept through Saturday and half of Sunday. I did feel whoosy now.

However, it's not as bad as COVID, which left me with a nasty taste in my mouth and in bed for two weeks.

The good news is it is back this year. We are ironing out some of the details. Watch this space lol.
Hi lads and lasses. I am back and in full swing. I hope you all had a good year. We are in lockdown again lol. It seems we have come a full circle, but let's hope the politicians get their act together this year and next Christmas we can spend with our family and friends. Keep safe and take care.

The Birthday bash is here again and Xiea Author Icon and I are trying to organize a Harry Potter contest. Unfortunately, this means that my reviewing and groups will have to stop for a while as I cannot do both and have a life outside lol. I would rather be in here than out there lol but my family would object lol. So, until the middle of September at least I am off the reviewing radar, as it were.

If anyone is interested in the contest, please contact me or my co host by email. We are trying to get four teams of three together. The early birds get to decide what house they are in. I mean, you don't want to be left with slytherin, do you?
