I'm excited to be finally totally concentrating on my writing! Of course there's always a "but", of one kind or another...I feel as though I should be doing more. More writing, more proofreading and working harder for deeper substance in my writing. But, (there it is again), I'm my worst critic. I aspire to be my worst critic, to be the person that accepts nothing but my best. It's raining again here in the Deep South. Housework is done, husband is in bed and I can click the keys to my hearts content! While I've always strived for poetry and short stories, I am currently leaning more towards books. I guess I'm just not sure where I fit in to the writing world yet.
