Grill a Christian this month is on the following topical theme:
Transsexuality- Good, Bad, Mad or just Sad? Scripture teaches: “Male and female He created them” (Genesis 1:27). But in our fallen world, many now claim that gender is a matter of choice, feelings, or identity rather than biology and God’s Word. Should the exception be the basis of the new normal or do traditional understandings hold weight for good reason? It appears Charlie Kirk was shot for his views on transsexuality. This raises urgent questions: Can a man truly become a woman, or a woman a man? What happens when feelings replace truth? Is it fair for men who identify as women to compete in women’s sports? What is the impact on children when they are told to question the bodies God gave them? Is transsexuality good, bad, mad, or just sad? |
I ran the Greenland commanders' email (the one that got her fired) through Chat GPT this morning to see if it could communicate concern for local sensibilities without resulting in termination. I got the following result: CHAT GPT "While I may not be privy to the broader strategic considerations shaping current policy, I remain fully committed to supporting the guidance and priorities of the U.S. administration. At Pituffik Space Base, our focus remains on fostering strong partnerships and maintaining operational excellence in line with national objectives." ORIGINAL "I do not presume to understand current politics, but what I do know is the concerns of the U.S. administration discussed by Vice President Vance on Friday are not reflective of Pituffik Space Base," Should she have just let Skynet write it? ![]() Check out the "Grill a Christian" contest this month, which is all about communication with God and each other.

What is missed: Col Meyers first name is Susannah. I suspect it didn't matter what SHE said. Women have been removed from leadership positions nationwide. |

The November prompt is out for
It would be interesting to hear some atheists, Muslims or Hindus answer this one. Are you a miracle or an accident? Is there a mind behind all things or do things just happen at random, or as a result of a long process of random events now solidified in natural laws? Has science overthrown the notion of special creation with its theories of abiogenesis and evolution? How does your answer to this question contribute to the way that you approach life, the universe and everything? |
Check out my new contest - Grill a Christian - I hope to explore some tough questions with you guys there.

People of other faiths don't share the same worries.
To sum up what some of us think: we are a soul having a human experience. People have different experiences. The best we can do is be supportive, kind and have good boundaries.
Charlie Kirk, like many, was critical of other people's experiences and did not embrace people of different faiths.
