When I get busy I still want to find time to sit and meditate for a few minutes. I try to "Hurry up and relax."
I like to do meditation now and zen.

Wouldn't the plural of Bigfoot be "Bigfeet"?
What I meant was that there are Sasquatch that live so deep in the wilderness, like Northern Canada and Alaska, where there are no people, no roads, no telephone poles or any sign of human civilization. Bigfoots in such remote locations may have never seen a person. Man may just be a rumor or legend to some creatures. We may be paranormal to them.

When you edit a post, it automatically creates a duplicate copy that adds a count in your portfolio. If you delete the old copy it goes into the trash bin which also counts against your portfolio. You have to purge the bin and all previous copies. What a hassle.
That doesn't sound right, hon. Do you know how to access the ⚙️ icon at the top of each item to edit?
