Hi all. This is (once again) an attempt on my part to start making use of Writing.com. I need a writing community; those on Facebook and elsewhere are OK, but not separated from the 'rest of my life.' I'm not really new here; I just rarely get past making heads or tails of site navigation (I get the basics, but feel I get lost here and there. I have to apply myself to the Writing.com101 stuff! This is not a criticism, just an admission of my faults and foibles. Based on all the activity around here I think that making the effort to learn about this place woukd be worthwhile. I think this is the right place to post this! Oooh!!! Looka that!!! I did an emoticon! |
This is very much the right place to post this. If you have any questions, you can ask them here or stop by the General Discussion forum. |
Detective - I'm just jazzed that I was able to figure out the emoticons! |
paulcoholic - Emoticons are generally a good thing. They can be very useful in terms of expression and clarification. |
