Question

How do I find an user who has just joined, who is a registered user not a registered author yet?
Another way might be to use The Who's Online option, and scroll down to all the gray cases at bottom of list.

Silly question...
I have recently registered myself at the NaNoWriMo.org...
Now I don't know whether to write anywhere and update the word count there or is there a place to write on the site itself and the word count gets updated automatically...
One doesn't write on that site itself. One can use WDC, word, word pad, any writing program you want and manually update the counter whenever you want. Right before the end of the month a option to verify your count will be available and one copies and pastes it into it to verify. (The verfiy was like that the year I hit 50,000) One doesn't have to do that step if one doesn't want to. The basic word counter is good enough

I played around with some of the sponsor's stuff on the NaNo site and really like Dabble. It's currently free during November. If you use it to write and sync it to your NaNo item, it will automatically update your words on NaNo. Though I find I need to refresh my NaNo page for it to do so. But otherwise, you can write it wherever you want. *Smile*
