Solid reflections and well defined! As far as the philosophy it is an age old question that I too have battled. I suppose we each come to conclusion in accordance to that which we want to beleive. "Augustine wrote that man wants to know in order to beleive and God says beleive and you will know". Faith is an interesting illusion. We all are imprisoned by faith-the only difference is the object of our faith. You have as much faith in non God as some have in God. No greater evidence in yours than mine. We, you and I, each made a choice with one thing in common. I can not prove mine and you can not prove yours. Interesting! Good luck as you entertain the questions that perplex. I look forward to your continued writing.
Enjoyed your poem. The hurt which moved your pen will eventually run dry. I suspect that you will come across one, in time, that spills forever ink. Life makes us go through disposable ones first, so that we will recognise the authenticity of the forever kind when it comes along. Look forward to reading one day, from your forever pen!
