Review of Death Race  Open in new Window.
In affiliation with disABILITY WRITERS GROUP  Open in new Window.
Rated: 18+ | (5.0)
It is a wonderful story. Though it is a bit dark, this is, undoubtedly, a very interesting story.
Linda Quell’s son excelled in the Death Race, prioritizing his craft over the instinct to survive. He accepted his fate and sought to create beauty in his final moments. Since childhood, he dreamt of death, answering his teachers’ questions about his future with the desire to be dead, stirring smiles instead of concern. His dedication to a life centred around death led him to be accepted into the Death Race, where he quickly became a standout competitor, regarded as an embodiment of supreme talent and artistry.
Betting odds favoured him, as he became the name everyone expected to see die first, a concept that drew respect and admiration from many. Despite being celebrated for his principle and bravery, those who admired him had not experienced the fear of death or the profound desperation it induced. Society, having achieved almost eternal life, had become complacent, thriving in peace but suffering from a lack of meaning, leading to a collective misery masked by superficial prosperity.
Participants in the Death Race enjoyed a life filled with attention and luxury, while Quell experienced an intense dedication during training, resulting in a confusing mix of aggression and focus. Training often came at a severe cost; many participants died or were forgotten after failing to meet the high expectations of survival, while others gained celebrity but at a risk that required transcendent dedication. The struggle for immortality paradoxically led to a lack of meaning, as all desired a beautiful death amidst an existence deemed ugly.
As the Death Race approached, excitement grew in the population, with many betting on their favourites and discussing potential outcomes. Police struggled to maintain order amid the chaos of fans expressing their emotions passionately. On race day, contestants flew in a predetermined order, with the weakest going first to entertain the crowd right away. The race took place in a dangerous underground circuit filled with rocky obstacles, ensuring an exhilarating yet perilous experience.
Rigel Williams, the first racer, quickly lost control of his rocket and met a violent end that thrilled the audience. Other racers followed suit, and the crowd cheered and reacted passionately to each catastrophic moment. Initial enthusiasm for spectacular failures waned as spectators shifted their admiration to racers who fought for survival.
Bets were largely placed against Quell’s inevitable victory, as his performances were often seen as a foregone conclusion. However, many overlooked that he was not just a skilled pilot but an artist at heart, mastering the rocket in ways that defied athletic comparisons. As Quell took to the skies, he demonstrated his unique ability, evading obstacles while still striving to make his death a remarkable statement.
As he flew, Quell navigated the course with his signature grace and imaginative flair, embodying the essence of creation and destruction. Linda Quell watched proudly as her son pushed the boundaries of beauty and tragedy, culminating in an explosive finale that left a lasting impact. Her pride surged as she observed his final moments unfold dramatically before her eyes.
Overall, it is truly a beauty.
Continue this memorable performance.

Review of Boss Hog Family  Open in new Window.

It is indeed a great story. The struggles and problems with his family members are the subject of this story.Seth wakes up from a deep sleep after working the night shift at the hospital. Struggling to turn off his alarm, he ends up throwing a water bottle at it, silencing the noise. After a brief phone call with his grandma, he prepares to take her to the doctor and run errands. He dreads this monthly task, as it involves visiting certain family members who rely on government assistance rather than maintaining jobs. Grandma’s voice is loud and persistent on the phone, prompting Seth to brush his teeth and change clothes while she rambles on.
As Seth drives Grandma to the doctor, she chats about various topics, including her opinions on relatives and their poor choices in life. Her views on personal happiness and family obligations spark a playful argument. Upon arriving at the doctor’s office, Grandma insists on being let out at the entrance, arguing about her age and needing convenience. Seth complies and finds a parking spot while waiting for her appointment to end.
He falls asleep in the car and wakes up to see a cousin, Starr, exiting the doctor’s office. Trying not to be seen, he is soon discovered by Starr, who enters his car uninvited. Their conversation reveals Starr’s struggles, her pregnancy, and her questionable choices relating to her health and lifestyle. She mentions a lawsuit against a grocery store and justifies her smoking during pregnancy based on a misunderstanding of medical advice.
Starr's bizarre logic continues as she equates her smoking habit to potential fame for her unborn child, referencing historical figures incorrectly. Their discussion turns into a silly argument about education, resulting in Starr storming out of the car after Seth ridicules her nonsensical claims. Seth shakes his head at the encounter and looks forward to grabbing ice cream at a nearby Dairy Queen. The end is beautiful. Despite some frustrations, life is going on at his own pace. It can't be stopped. This is the ultimate message that I find.

It is another thoughtful story by the writer. It's a dramatic story, full of emotions. It is dark, too. So psychology takes place here automatically.

Stan Gettings looked out the window at the cold November rain, trying to remember if there was a song about it. While reflecting on his past drinking days, he realized that without alcohol, nothing seemed to excite him anymore. He had lost much of his life, including a marriage he barely remembered. He thought about his upbringing, noting that his father left when he was young and his mother struggled to raise him. With little guidance, he fell into a bad crowd, leading to a life of theft and eventual imprisonment in a juvenile facility.

After his release at eighteen, Stan worked unloading trucks, but his alcohol addiction spiralled out of control, overshadowing his life in his twenties and thirties. As he lost his job due to his drinking, he tried to quit through Alcoholics Anonymous but struggled with the miserable people he encountered there. He resorted to rolling drunks for money to buy alcohol. His life hit rock bottom when a drunk driver hit him while he was crossing the road, leaving him severely injured.

After the accident, Stan woke up in the hospital with no memory of how he got there. He learnt that he had lost his right leg in the incident and felt despair about his future, fearing he couldn’t survive on the streets with a prosthetic. A lawyer visited him to offer a monetary settlement from the driver’s client, Timothy Sutton, who was responsible for the accident. Initially defensive, Stan listened to the lawyer's offer that included medical bills, therapy, and an immediate cash payment.

The lawyer offered Stan a settlement of one hundred thousand dollars, which Stan felt was insufficient given his condition. After some negotiation, he settled for one hundred and fifty thousand dollars. He signed papers agreeing to absolve Sutton of any further responsibility. Following the settlement, Stan underwent rehabilitation where he received a prosthetic leg and started to feel better physically. Although he still wanted a drink, it was less of a craving for him.

After two months in the hospital, Stan had his bills paid and money from the settlement. Eager to celebrate, he went to a local bar. Upon entering and ordering a drink, he noticed how unappealing the bar atmosphere was. Instead of indulging, he placed the shot glass back down, left the bar, and stepped back into the sunlight, realizing he wanted a different life. Grateful for a second chance, he decided to make the best of it moving forward.

Overall, it is a brilliant performance.

It is a thoughtful and well-written short story by the writer.
Jonathan Whitiker, an eleven-year-old boy, found himself in a hospital recovering from a severe injury that had left him feeling lost and ashamed. As he lay in his hospital bed, he was reflected on his past, particularly the painful memories associated with his father's expectations and the nickname "Bumble Boy," which he earned for his lack of athleticism compared to his younger brother, Bobby. His family's dynamics shifted dramatically when they inherited a piano from his grandmother, igniting Jonathan's passion for music and allowing him to discover his true talent. However, his father's dismissive attitude towards Jonathan's love for the piano led to conflict, culminating in a moment of violence when Jonathan accidentally injured himself while trying to retrieve a toy from a garbage disposal. That incident resulted in a significant injury to his hand, casting doubt on his ability to play the piano again. As Jonathan grappled with his injury and the loss of his dream of becoming a pianist, he felt the weight of disappointment and shame that came from his father's expectations. Despite the support from his mother and a music teacher who recognized his potential, Jonathan's aspirations seemed further out of reach than ever. Ultimately, he resigned himself to the belief that he would never be the musician he once aspired to be, leading him to embrace his identity as "Bumble Boy" once more.
What a fantastic short story it is!
Especially the ending was superb.

An artist of words, an author, struggles to find inspiration and rhymes after a tragedy, feeling haunted by empty pages and a lost muse. This is the perfect and painful picture of a writer's block, which is wonderfully drawn by the poet.

He is known for his creativity. Once filled with creativity and passion, but now that artist is struggling hard to find the words! His world changed with the entrance and sudden exit of a loved one. Life's transformations, from birth to loss, echo in his work as they attempt to navigate through grief and loss. The artist's heart is opened, and words begin to flow again, capturing the beauty and pain of life's constant changes.

This writer's block comes in every author's life.
It comes suddenly without any further indication. Fortunately, it also disappears suddenly and never lasts long.
So, don't be frustrated when it appears. The brighter days are not far away.
It is an excellent and realistic poem.

It is a tremendous action-orientated story. The dramatic presentation makes it very meaningful.

Dwight's life was disrupted when his archenemy invaded his home, frightening his wife and prompting him to take matters into his own hands. Determined to find and confront the intruder, he spent sleepless nights on guard, eventually purchasing a shotgun for revenge. When he heard a noise in the kitchen, his sleep-deprived state led him to fire recklessly, destroying appliances and accidentally killing his elderly neighbour. His wife wrestled the gun away from him, and the police arrested Dwight, who faced serious charges. In jail, he became increasingly unstable, obsessively muttering about having "gotten" his enemy. His cellmate, Ed, witnessed Dwight's breakdown triggered by the sight of a harmless mouse, which led to Dwight's tragic suicide. Ed explained the situation to the guard, who was baffled by the events. Ed concluded that he learnt not to confront crazy people, having witnessed Dwight's terrifying descent into madness.

Overall, it is a fantastic story that deals with human psychology.

It is nice adventure fiction by the writer. It is mainly written for young adult readers, but the story can be enjoyed by readers of any age.

Jamie wakes suddenly to the sound of an announcement indicating that Fort Smith is under the control of the New Colorado Militia. She quickly gets dressed and joins her friends, Annie and Lauren, who are preparing to leave the area due to the chaos. Annie reveals that a militia group has taken over, and they are planning to escape as soon as it gets dark. The trio gathers supplies and listens to the radio, which confirms the imposition of martial law and warns against being caught outside. After some tense moments, they slip out of the house with their dog, Skipper, and begin their journey towards the mountains. As they navigate through the darkness, they encounter various dangers, including militia members and campfires, which require them to stay stealthy and alert. The women decide to hug the ridge to avoid roadblocks while making their way south. Eventually, they reach a National Guard roadblock, where they are taken to safety and allowed to rest after their harrowing escape.
We enjoyed the reading.

This story is created by the deep and artistic thoughts of the writer. It is dramatic and mysterious. But the love and romanticism influence the story. How these elements effect the artistry gives the story a special dimension.
Dan Huckley met Lindsey Mills while visiting an art gallery in New York City. Lindsey, an artist, was pleased by Dan's compliment on her work and introduced herself. They both felt an instant connection, leading them to a nearby café where they shared espresso and explored each other's lives. Lindsey explained her artistic process, noting that her art pieces are tailored to her clients' personalities. Dan was intrigued by her approach and learnt how she incorporates various materials into her creations.

Dan shared his experiences as a bestselling author, and Lindsey praised his work, mentioning that she enjoyed one of his novels. As they continued seeing each other, Dan fell for Lindsey, appreciating her beauty, creativity, and lively spirit. Their relationship blossomed as they explored the city's cultural offerings, volunteered together, and supported each other's passions.

Their romance deepened, culminating in a wedding on a beautiful coral beach, where they celebrated with friends and family. Afterward, they moved into Lindsey's New York apartment, and Dan observed her intense dedication to her work as an artist. He sometimes felt isolated when she was focused, while he continued to write his books.

They enjoyed life together, sharing adventures and experiences, including a trip to Jamaica, where Lindsey discovered she was pregnant. However, their happiness was shattered when Lindsey mysteriously disappeared one night, leaving Dan to face the reality of her disappearance.

In his grief, Dan struggled to cope with Lindsey's absence, retreating into a dark place marked by drinking and despair. Despite the ongoing police investigation, no leads emerged, and Dan became a subject of interest. He slowly started to heal, but strange occurrences at their home caused concern and speculation.

During this time, Dan began to write again, creating a children's book that resonated with themes of loss and hope. The book was well received and featured beautiful illustrations that he attributed to the inspiration from Lindsey. These illustrations captivated readers and contributed to the book's success, highlighting a connection to Lindsey that Dan felt remained alive in his creative expression.
Overall, it is fabulous work.
Continue your majestic writing.

Review of Going Home  Open in new Window.

In this story, a person returned from town to his old house, hoping for well-deserved happiness.
Will that person get that or not? The answer is in the story.
Chris looked out of his old bedroom window at the majestic oak tree his father had hung a swing on. It reminded him of his childhood memories, like playing hide and seek and raking leaves with his dad. His sister called him from the kitchen, bringing him back to the present. Their mother died a few months earlier, and Susan wanted Chris to help her sort through their mother’s belongings to sell the house. Their father had passed away long ago, and Chris felt the pressure of dealing with family matters. He is an adult, now in his late thirties.

Susan had been a caretaker figure during their childhood and organized the packing of household items for donation. Chris enjoyed spending time with her and her teenage children while staying in his old room, finding comfort instead of creepiness. They shared dinners together, appreciating the family time despite the sadness of the situation.

Once the last box was ready for Goodwill, Chris felt a sense of loss. He was in nostalgia. He suggested to Susan the idea of not selling the house, but she insisted it needed to go, citing the costs involved. Chris offered to pay the taxes and buy her half, wanting to stay there. Susan was surprised and sceptical about his ability to live in their small hometown, but Chris expressed his longing for family and change after two failed marriages.

Susan softened to his idea and proposed that he should try living there for a while. She loved him and his children. Chris was willing to keep his city apartment temporarily, and they discussed their dinner. However, Chris eventually fell in love with a woman named Stacy, whom he met at a post office. Their quick courtship raised concerns for Susan, but Chris pushed forward with his decision.

Meanwhile, Susan faced challenges with her teenage son, Andy, who changed drastically when he turned sixteen, becoming sullen and secretive, reflecting his troubled father. Chris and Stacy's marriage soon declined, leading to boredom, depression, and a loss of creativity for Chris as a writer. His financial struggles worsened as he stopped writing, ultimately losing the house when new owners cut down the cherished tree.

Chris moved in with Susan, but their relationship strained as he struggled to find a job. After a bitter argument, Chris left without a word, hitchhiking back to the city. He became homeless, standing in Grand Central Station. Andy became involved in drugs, ending up in prison, bonding with his father. Susan remarried but faced problems with her new husband. Cindy, however, succeeded in college, becoming a doctor and starting her own family, showcasing how some stories can have happy endings.
It's a well-written short story.

What an exciting story it is! A few things may happen in our lives that can't be described through logic. These are unsolved mysteries.
The writer shows an example of those.

Josh Meacham considered himself a rational man, believed in science and logic, and did not accept anything without empirical evidence. He was a proud atheist and often dismissed those who believed in the supernatural, asserting that "Nature cannot transcend itself."

With an honours degree in biochemistry, he began a PhD program focusing on magnetic resonance pectroscopy. Lacking financial support, Josh needed a job to fund his studies and found work as a night shift warden at a sheltered housing estate for independent elderly residents, which allowed him to study mostly uninterrupted during the quiet hours.

Most of the work involved addressing mundane requests, such as a handyman fixing a TV problem, but they also provided emergency medical assistance, and the team was partnered with a medical service that dispatched paramedics within 15 minutes when needed, which was a key reason residents chose to live there.

One night, late on May 14, he received an emergency call from Mrs. Rose Graham in Apartment 15, who said she felt unwell. I alerted the paramedics immediately. She had mentioned being alone, and although she couldn’t clearly describe her symptoms, Josh ensured she got help. However, she abruptly cut off the line, and he assumed that she might have gone to the bathroom. and updated the medical service that she might still be in the bathroom.

Shortly after, the paramedics arrived. I later received a call from a paramedic, Amanda Ryan, who confirmed that Mrs. Graham was dead. Amanda also said that she had been dead for about 10 hours, which indicated that her call had come after her death. Josh stunned and struggled to comprehend the situation and filed a report for his supervisors, but no one responded, and eventually he left the job to work in a supermarket.

The teller, Josh, never told anyone this story and kept that buried in his mind. He repeated his mantras about being a rational man of science to cope with the haunting memory of Mrs. Graham’s call, and that had revealing consequences.
Overall, it is a superb literary work.

Review of Coffee  Open in new Window.

It is a crime-based story that shows us the darker society.
The narrator wanted coffee urgently because he had not had any that morning and wandered the desolate streets of a small town, searching for coffee like an addict. Unlike other places, there were no coffee shops anywhere. He became frustrated and approached a police car to ask for help but found that empty. So, the teller then encountered a homeless man who asked for a dollar for coffee. He asked him about where he'd get coffee, causing him to flee in panic. Disheartened and returned to his shabby hotel, but the desk clerk, who didn't drink coffee, couldn't help. Preparing for my job, he took out his gun, knowing the narrator was paid to eliminate a target named Gunther.

Using directions from the clerk, he walked to Gunther's building, which looked worn down. After confirming the target's name, he approached his door but received no response. An elderly neighbour informed him that Gunther was at work. It turned out that he was a barista at the only Starbucks in town. The narrator found him smiling behind the counter and ordered a coffee. Just as he prepared it, the teller shot him between the eyes, completing his grim task.

Afterward, he left the store but was quickly confronted by police and took a chance and shot at two officers before being hit myself and later awoke in a hospital surrounded by frantic medical staff, realizing he had died. So the teller found myself in a line with other souls, moving towards a gate overseen by St. Peter. He felt no fear as they walked forward. Upon reaching the gate, he intended to go to hell for his sins, including his life of crime and even his political choices. St. Peter surprised him by saying he could enter through the gate for a reward instead.

Doubtful but eager, the narrator rushed inside only to be seized by two terrifying figures that dragged him back out. St. Peter smiled, revealing it was a trick for the truly wicked.

Overall, the style of writing is wonderful and realistic.

It is great poetry but a bit longish. But that poem never makes us bored. This is a real beauty.

Somewhere at that moment, a woman was in her bathtub and watching her bleeding wrist, while a child rested on her shoulder as she read. At the same time, a man raised his fist at a scared woman, and a toddler played happily with his dad on the beach. Meanwhile, an old man waited by a closed door, and a husband held his wife tightly. Elsewhere, a stranger took a young girl away from her family while two brothers paused their fight to enjoy a beautiful meadow. Some men were making bombs meant to harm innocent people, while a boy happily watched a baseball fly over a fence. A teenager lost control of a car, resulting in tragedy, while a girl skilfully skipped stones across a lake. In this world, life could often be tragic, but at the same moment, it also held magic.
What a great job!

It is another wonderful story by the writer.
Samantha found herself in an abusive relationship with her husband, Daniel, a police officer who often came home drunk and took out his frustrations on her. While Daniel showed love and remorsed after those episodes, the cycle repeated almost weekly, leaving her feeling trapped. Samantha attempted to seek help but was complicated by Daniel's position in law enforcement and family loyalty, as his family had a long history in the police force.

She was drawn to Daniel’s charm and good looks, initially believing in his loving nature, but over time, his protective behaviour turned into controlling jealousy and buse. Despite the physical and emotional pain, Samantha suffered in silence, convincing herself that it was a part of his job as a police officer. Her job as a nurse exposed her to other women in similar abusive situations, leading her to realize the dangers of bringing a child into such an environment.

When she learnt that she was pregnant, she felt a mixture of joy and fear, believing that a child might change Daniel towards the betterment. Secretly planning to leave, Samantha reached out to a women's shelter while Daniel was away. However, just as she prepared to leave, Daniel's suspicions arose, leading to a violent confrontation when he discovered her pregnancy.

After a brutal attack, social workers discovered Samantha injured, and Daniel was taken into custody. Ultimately, it was revealed that he couldn't have children due to low sperm count, which fuelled his paranoia about her fidelity. Samantha survived the ordeal and gave birth to a healthy girl but continued to live in fear of Daniel's reach, even while in a women's shelter under a new name.

A year later, as Samantha was brought to settle into her new life with her daughter, she received a subpoena for a custody hearing initiated by Daniel’s family. Despite her progress, the threat of losing her child loomed, leading her to seek legal help while praying for strength and clarity in her difficult situation.

In this story, the author concentrates on the struggles of Samantha's life. She is, undoubtedly, the main character of the story. But the role of Daniel is also very crucial. Without his character, that story cannot reach the ultimate destination so smoothly.
I hope that your dream run will continue in the future, too.

It is another beautiful short story by the writer. Though she died, her immortal creation always remains as it is in our minds. Combinations of psychology and relationships with spirituality are the subjects that make the story interesting.

That was a cold February day, and Jim Vance lay dying, weak and skeletal. Visitors, two by two, came to see him. They were discussing the harsh past involving Jack Caudill, an unkind man who mistreated orphaned children. Paul McCoy recalled Jack's cruel treatment and the disturbing end he met after being found dead in the hog pen, half-eaten by his own pigs. There was a worried expression about Jim's spiritual state, especially after his sister Laura's visit months earlier, during which he had stopped reading his Bible. Laura was reported to be too sick to visit, causing concern among the visitors.

Paul recounted how Jack took in Laura's children and worked them tirelessly while discussing Jim's upbringing under the care of a loving grandmother who had dedicated him to God at a young age. Despite Jim's attempts to protect Laura from Jack's brutality, he was haunted by her pleas for help, revealing that Jack had been molesting her. This led Jim to devise a plan to end Jack's life, which he executed during a visit to the hog pen, killing him with a shovel and feeding his body to the pigs.

Jim reported Jack's death as a heart attack, convincing the sheriff not to investigate further due to a lack of evidence. Over time, Jim became a preacher, while Laura eventually married and had a child, though she never embraced faith.

Laura's last visit to Jim revealed her surprise at his frail condition. During their quiet conversation, Laura questioned Jim’s faith and expressed that he alone had helped her in her life. Jim confessed to killing Jack, believing he had done the right thing, but Laura insisted that Jack had not raped her, contrary to what she had told Jim. She explained her feelings of despair about Jack’s violence, asserting that he was not the monster Jim perceived. Jim, overwhelmed with guilt, realized he had taken a life for what he thought was protection but was not true.

As Laura wept, trying to comfort him, Jim could not find solace in her words. He spent his remaining days in anguish and regret, refusing to seek forgiveness from God. Eventually, he passed away and was buried near Jack’s grave, a grim end to their intertwined fates.

The central character of the story is Jim, and other characters are used to need the story. It's written brilliantly.
But we will not see her any new creation, as she is no more in the material world. I pray to God for the dep
arted soul.

It is another great story by the writer.

The story took place in the autumn season, reflecting on the memories of Dane, who would have been twenty-nine on that day. The narrator recalled a previous birthday when Dane took her to see the city lights from a mountaintop, where they shared hopes for the future. As she reminisced about Dane's quirky personality and their special bond, she felt a deep sense of grief and loss, comparing her love for him to a magical experience.

As she stood outside her mother's house, Greg Hardy, an old friend, offered to cheer her up by taking her out for ice cream or KFC. They both shared a common sorrow over Dane's death in a tragic car accident caused by a young driver with connections. Greg had struggled with depression after the funeral, and they once found comfort in each other. Despite a moment of intimacy that followed, they felt guilty.

Greg suggested taking a trip to the shore to escape their sadness. They drove there, grabbed food and drinks, and enjoyed a peaceful sunset together, although Dane's presence still lingered in the background. As they shared a moment of vulnerability, Greg admitted that he pinned for her even when she was focused on Dane. They kissed, and she reassured him that Dane would have understood their connection.

The ghost of Dane fades away, seemingly becoming part of the starlit night. The narrative also included verses inspired by Harry Chapin, discussing themes of life's cyclical nature, love, and the connections that people shared over time. The story illustrated the complexity of grief and the possibility of moving forward while cherishing past love.
Overall, it is a great job.
Write on!

"In Mongolia" is a tiny, beautifully expressed poem that tells us about the ordeal relationship between the narrator, a child, and their camel.
They share laughter on flat, dry plains with vast horizons. Those moments are unforgettable. Their laughter fills the dry desert into a joyful land. We enrich the sacred heart of that child.
Is there any sin in this world? There's no shadow of sin here in the poem. Only immense and holy pressures exist.
What a beautiful poem it is!
Continue your great performance.

First, I pray for the departed soul of the writer. She is no more in our material world.
It is a well-written short story that fulfils all the characteristics of an ideal short story.
Ross Burrows was alone in a sweltering desert and was struggling to find water and battling scorpions. His skin was rash-covered and filled with self-pity, longing for companionship. He recalled his troubled past and felt anxious about the future. His shelter provided little relief from the scorching sun, which he now saw as his enemy. Memories of his life before arriving in this place haunted him, but he couldn't remember how he got there. As he slept, he was awakened by a rumbling, fearing what might come next. He heard a booming voice reveal that he was in hell, experiencing the seventh day of eternity. Ross was filled with terror as the realization sinks in, screaming in desperation at his seemingly endless torment.
It is only a single-character story. The character was none other than Ross Burrows. He was in the desert. How did he come here? He couldn't remember. So, the mystery was created. On the seventh day, he knew that he had died and was in hell. But, before knowing that truth, a mystery developed. The author efficiently delt that. So, the readability was awesome.
It is a wonderful story. But, unfortunately, we couldn't see any more new creations by this author. She died, but her deeds will entertain us forever.

This poetry is nothing but a prayer to him, God, asking for his kind guidance and strength to help the opportunity to needy people. The teller asked for insight to carry out God's will, which should be open and still in the prayer and would be the source of comfort and peace. The narrator acknowledged the hurt in the world and was seeking ways to be of service. The prayer also expressed gratitude for God's love and prayed to always remember the source of their actions and to not miss anyone in need of help.
What a nice spiritual poem that impresses us to serve for God's service.

The story revolved around Phillip Waring, a talented painter who lived with his twin daughters, Anita and Alice, in a contemporary home that also served as his glass art gallery. After the death of his wife, Ariana, Phillip raised the girls alone while dedicating much of his time to his artwork. He was a well-regarded artist known for his portraiture and depictions of California landscapes, and his daughters were deeply influenced by his passion for art.

Anita was the more vibrant of the sisters, often painted by Phillip, who captured her charm and beauty in numerous artworks. In contrast, Alice was quiet and struggled with feelings of neglect as she felt overshadowed by her sister. Despite her attractiveness, she battled with her self-esteem and withdrew into solitude, later earning a degree in psychology.

Phillip, who also had health issues, suddenly died from a pulmonary embolism at the age of sixty, leaving behind a legacy of art and a complex emotional atmosphere within the family. During his memorial service, Alice exhibited signs of emotional instability and was later described as fragile. The sisters planned to catalogue their father's works, but their relationship was strained by the weight of family dynamics and sibling rivalry.

The narrative took a dark turn when Alice, driven by jealousy and her feelings were overlooked, violently attacked Anita in their father's studio. In a deluded state, Alice began to destroy their father's artwork, symbolizing her anger towards both Phillip's obsession with Anita and her own feelings of inadequacy. As tensions escalated, Anita desperately tried to appeal to Alice's love for their younger sister Rosie while trying to escape from Alice's violent grasp.

In a tragic climax, Alice set herself on fire and was engulfed in the flames of her own making as Anita tried to flee. The story ended on a haunting note, leaving the impact of their father's legacy and the sisters' fractured relationship deeply felt.
What a compact story it is!

What an exciting story it is! All through, suspense remains as it is.
The narrator woke up in a snowy landscape after a fall. He nicely got assistance from his dog, Hell. He recalled being shot at by a helicopter and falling off a cliff and suffering injuries, particularly to his elbow and forehead. Despite the pains and the other confusions, he determined that he must find his gun, Brunhilda, to defend himself as soldiers might come after him. Hell, trained as a tracker. So, that dog helped him to locate Brunhilda buried in the snow. Armed again, the narrator embarked on a mission to reach a vantage point called 'Maker's Watch' before a convoy of enemy soldiers crossed the bridge.

He prepared to take a crucial shot to stop the soldiers and struggled with his injured shooting arm. That forced him to adapt by taping his arm to the gun to stabilize it. Despite the odds, he carefully aimed and fired at the explosives beneath the bridge. The shot successfully detonated the explosives and was causing a massive explosion that brought him joy despite the pain from the recoiled. Hell celebrated with him as they shared a moment of relief and victory.
It is an ideal short story that followed all the characteristics of a short story. It began with a certain purpose and ended with the successful end of that.
The number of characters was also minimum: the teller and his trend dog Hell. No other character in the story.
The story was full of suspense, which gave it awesome readability.
No sub-story was there.
Overall, a wonderful performance.
Please continue it.

What a splendid emotional story it is! Very sad story.
Auguste first saw his daughter, Angela, when she was minutes old and felt a strong duty to protect her. After a tragic fire, he blamed himself for not ensuring she had her mother by his side. During the fire, he fought to keep Angela, who suffered from asthma, safe as they both struggled for breath in their bedroom, filling the space with damp towels to fight the smoke. He managed to call 911, seeking help as flames threatened to consume them. As firefighters arrived, he handed Angela to a rescuer, despite the chaotic scene, while hearing his ex-wife Angelina's desperate cries.

Auguste's memories of Angelina were filled with love, but her descent into drug trouble marked a steep decline in her behaviour, leading to their separation. Despite the chaos, Auguste felt responsible for Angelina and partly to blame for her struggles. His desire to protect his daughter overshadowed his judgement as he gave her chances, believing she would improve. Tragically, after saving Angela, he opened the door to save Angelina but was met with flames that left him severely burnt.

In the hospital, Auguste desperately enquired about Angela, relieved to know she was safe but devastated to learn of Angelina's death. Recognizing the need for a stable home for Angela, he called his sister Helene, a social worker, for help. Helene arrived at the hospital, bewildered by her brother’s choices for risking his life. As Auguste's condition worsened, Helene tried to offer him hope and comfort, reminiscing about their childhood to distract him from his pain.

Despite Helene's efforts, Auguste was critically injured and underwent numerous surgeries to treat his burns. At the same time, Helene grappled with how to keep the truth of Auguste's condition from Angela. She initially told Angela that her father was very sick but not dead, hoping to shield the child from the harsh reality of his injuries. As time passed, Angela was desperate to see her Papa but was horrified at his altered appearance, leading to emotional trauma.

Helene supported Angela through her grief and adjustment, but Angela struggled with her father's condition. While Auguste underwent rehabilitation, he sought to help others who faced similar struggles in a burn recovery facility, learning to navigate his own pain while assisting others.

Years later, he bonded with a fellow patient, Terry, another survivor who faced his demons of loss. Their friendship provided a sense of hope but ended tragically with Terry's unexpected passing from a pulmonary embolism. Auguste mourned for Terry but remained inspired to live fully. Afterward, he inherited Terry's apartment, a new beginning for him and a potential home for Angela.

As he made the apartment comfortable and welcoming, Auguste found a new passion: becoming a clown. He channelled his experiences into a vibrant persona, using makeup to transform his appearance while hiding his scars. His journey through grief, healing, and finding new purpose in life illustrated his resilience and unwavering love for Angela, with hope still shining for their future together.
A therapist was facing increasing joint pain, making it difficult to work. Medication adjustments were ineffective, so he used pain patches to cope. Working two part-time jobs was a struggle, but he was determined to support his daughter through college. Despite not being present, he closely followed his daughter Angela's growth through photos, letters, and calls, missing her deeply.
Auguste thought he was being secretive, but his daughter, Angela, was just as thorough in tracking his performances through papers and reviews. One evening, Angela visited Auguste, resembling her mother with long black hair and almond eyes. She expressed her love for him, calling him the best dad and clown. They shared a heartfelt moment, catching up while enjoying tea and cookies. Auguste was unaware that Angela had been volunteering at burn units with her mother, Helene.
Angela shared with her father her experience volunteering with burn victims after being encouraged by her Aunt Helene. She initially felt hesitant and scared to help, but eventually found it rewarding. She also expressed her thoughts about her late mother, feeling relieved that she didn't suffer and questioning if she would have been brave enough to handle burns like the patients Angela was caring for. Her father, Auguste, reminded her not to judge her mother for her addiction issues and expressed regret that Angela couldn't have known her better. Angela reassured him that she understood addiction but believed her mother wouldn't have reacted well to it. Auguste embraced Angela, acknowledging her intelligence, and then explained why he had kept his own burn scars hidden from her.
Auguste was touched when his daughter Angela called his burn scars badges of love and courage. She wanted him to come to her school for Career Day to show what he does for people. Auguste recalled the day he saved Angela and tried to save her mom. He realized he had caused heartache due to his own fears. To make up for lost time, he spent time in burn units and schools, showing both his real face and a clown's face. He made people laugh and cry, teaching them to smile and greet each other as equal souls. Auguste believes children are closer to God and teaches people that their love is unconditional, providing healing through laughter.
Overall, it is a brilliant performance.

The content emphasizes the importance of doing the work, using spiritual tools, and having faith that things will improve over time. It is thoughtful poetry by the poet.
The reflections of the past that were filled with hatred towards others could be seen in the poetry.
The poet was driven by imagined hurt, suspicion, and fear. This hate led to anger, isolation, and a deep longing for love and attention. The author built emotional walls to keep others out but ended up trapping themselves in loneliness and despair. Eventually, the teller realized that love was easier than hate and chose to embrace it instead. This decision brought depth in meaning and also in the purpose of their life, tearing down the emotional walls. Ultimately, he left behind a past of bitterness and isolation. The narrator acknowledged that the truth of love was always there; they just needed to turn towards it.
What a classic finish it is!
Continue this type of performance.
Have a nice day.
