Your point of what "Seizing the Moment" may mean is absolutely true. There are pros and cons to everything we do. While so many have spoken of the importance of grabbing all those moments, you gave a consequence of what happens when we do. An alternative that allows the reader to view the moment might not be what you expect it to be.
Well written with just the right rhythm. I enjoyed it very much.
You had me very interested. At first, I thought he was confessing something maybe in the past. Then when I realized what was going on, my heart dropped with hers.
I think you did a very good job leading up to and delivering the climax. I'll give it a thumbs up.
