This is something that I've experienced many times before. I have a somewhat-brief history of being a formal "tech guy," and this never seizes to happen less than once every week or two. It always amazes me how a problem can be such trouble for most people, but once somebody who has any extensive technology experience it works flawlessly, with the least amount of tinkering. This was a well-written piece that I can read over and over. Well done.
This is a great depiction of what many people face without anybody knowing it. I can certainly relate to "her" and sympathize with "her". Is this a personal story, or the story of somebody you know? Are you looking to expand this? One suggestion I would love to see is a perspective from a stranger. What do you think strangers think of "her" when they see her?
Overall, great piece. *two thumbs up*
