I liked these chapters (I won't review the first two seperately - unless you want more feedback!) but I still can't quite figure where these stories are going - maybe thats the point? I think the style is brilliant and for some obscure reason reminds me of 'The English Patient' - though I don't think it'll ring true for two people stood together.

Apart from that, I couldn't help thinking from your blog that you have NINE horses? NINE?

I thought this was really entertaining, though heavy work towards the end with all the science that was going on! I especially liked the way you haven't gone for the massively different futuristic madness that seems to be the bane of fantasy and sci-fi. This was well worth reading!
