Dear Jaye,
Great job! I really enjoyed your story. The whole story line flowed along very well and I was pleasantly surprised at the end.

You could easily continue this story line on into a much longer adventure story.... you could take us on some fun and surprising adventures. I'd like to hear what the mysterious connection is with the girl in the portrait....maybe a long-lost relative with a fantastic past...

I think you should write some more!
