Riveting read. Kept me interested from beginning to end. I look forward to reading the next exciting installment. Keep up the good work and keep on writing.
Cannot see much wrong with it. I am not an expert at proof reading I just like to read.
Well done.

Very well written.. Simple style easy to follow. I have many photograph took over many years. Trouble is my memories not as it was and the photos help a little to restoring what is lost in the back of my mind.
Keep up the good work. Look forward to reading more.

Ah yes! Fairy tales. Invented by elders in ancient times to tell little children just before sending them sleep. The fact that the stories often frightened the little ones did not matter because they grew up believing that if they did not follow the rules a monster would eat them alive. Man has progressed since then but the stories are still of myths and legends written down in ancient books and scrolls. There is even one book of fairy tales that is believed by adults. Not logical really when they tell their children Father Christmas is not real.
Anyway I sometimes write fantasy stuff like 'Fairies' and 'Talpi Toe Wriggling Day'
Well done

Intersting subject. Took a while to work out what to do but I don't mind this sort of thing. I like making things up and some say I have a strange imagination which is proven by the poetry that I write which fits in well with this form of writing. May come back again.
Very good. Will need to read again. Early in the morning for me. It's a simple tale and I like the subject. I can see him thinking about how his invention would work or not. Curious that he tests it out on a friend which shows how primitive man would think.
Keep up the good work.
I'm a bit old for a cuddle with mummy now but I'm sure many children would enjoy that at bedtime. I'm not too sure about my poem Fairies though.
Keep writing.
An interesting beginning. I liked the staging of the contest. I was not too sure who the hero was though, but a reread may make it clearer. I printed the prolog off for ease of reading. I assume the story will now focus on the son and how he develops from boy to man.
I look forward to reading more.
