This reads well, and, while the implication in the epilogue seems ambiguous at first, I like that you left the interpretation open to the reader as all worthy parables should do. If you were my teacher, however, I would certainly expect you to give me the concise moral.
Not poet laureate material, but better than some of my poetic ramblings, I must admit. And, boy, have I not wondered, "where is the inspiration?" You captured the frustration of trying to bring the right words to the right places on the paper to say what you mean to say, but why the title "Timing"?
