Fighting back?
Let me envelop you;
Bring you crashing
To your knees.
Make you cry for mercy
where no mercy lives
Tear at your soul
With claws of agony
And despair;
Hurt you as only I can hurt

Let me embrace you
With the love of a
Loveless child.
Suck you of your
Emotions,
Dry, like me -

Dry, ignorant repose.

Dry where it counts

A fool, dried out.

Let me empty you of your
Vain vain vanity.
Let me expose the sham.
Let us compare scars.

Let god judge you,
Lest you think yourself god.

Let me judge you,
Lest you think yourself god
Lest you think yourself my god

My god:
A false idol in celestial robes.
A man.
A gutless wonder whom I helped rise.

And so I rip to shreds this
Pedestal of mine
My once deity - a heathen
Liar cowering inside.

You were my fantasy.
I made you.
And I will watch you die.
