Where is the man that helped me out when things were rough?

Where is the man that's their when things get tough?

I want to know if the man I love is real, or is he made up like a brown seal?

I want to meet him under the dark night sky, where he will rescue me and looks me in the eye.

I want to kiss him on his gentle tender lips, and feel his hand touch mine but only on the tips.

I want to have a candle lit dinner with him by my side, him whispering in my ear if i want to watch the tide.

Where is the man that I call for in this dark night? I don't think he's real, this is only what I write.
