The title says it all.

Negativity
leads to
bad thoughts,
which leads to
bad dreams,
which lead to
a bad day,
and back to
negativity.

This continuous cycle
sometimes finds me
in the middle of my life,
too busy to recognize it,
too selfless to avoid it.
Maybe being selfish isn't so bad?
