this is a very personal poem one that i wrote not long ago

the words
that come out of your mouth
never mean a thing

its the hidden message that you
expect everyone to know that matters
but when then words become too hurtful
they're hard to ignore

i don't want to see
what you really mean
i wont accept
the feelings that you have

i like the world
I've built for myself
when dislike turns to hate for you
the doors in my world
will be locked

no matter how hard
you try to open it
my world and my heart
will be sealed forever
