Poem in which I have a relationship with different celestial bodies |
| Two-timing the Solar System By Thiana Quinn I made out with the sun today He blinked and winked at me through the trees So that I would notice him And I flirted back over the rims of my glasses He bent lower towards the ground Scorching everything around him And gently caressed my shoulders The sun got lip-kissed And my lips got sun-kissed And the flames licked my tongue It was pretty intense We both went home exhausted I cheated on the sun with the moon He came up to me shyly from behind a cloud Because he is very self conscious And I tried to encourage him By smiling coyly His full form finally appeared With a cool breeze Rustling like fingers through my hair He turned his face my way And his lips were full and cool It was such a relief I slept all night in his arms |
