Back In Those Days

I had a hard time with depression and my friends helped me through it.

Terrible failure

tragic loss,

i tried to tell them

hopes not lost,

love has faded

black and white,

death knocks

tomorrow night,

I can not save them

from themselves,

I can not help them if

they wont help,

I take this pain

show no tears,

You give me courage

from your fears,

I tried to go

you said to stay,

Friendship never

goes away,

Blood all over

the bathroom floor

I do not feel

this pain anymore,

from many years

the scars have faded,

old memories of

the life I traded.
