You meet some of the people close to Brad. You meet Jason, a guy in one of Brad's class.
Chapter One

“Wow… that was great,” was the last thing Christie, my girlfriend, said before drifting to sleep in my arms.  I love my girlfriend so much!  I guess the sex is nice, too.  I’m just not all that much into the sex part.  Which I guess is weird coming from a guy like me.  Who wouldn’t want to have sex with Christie?  She’s a very beautiful girl.  One of the first things I noticed when i bumped into her were her mesmerizing eyes.  It's almost as if the light green eyes were purposely made to match, and at the same time, contrast with her light, caramel skin.  She has the most delicate curves.  The nice “c” cup breast size, the flat stomach from cheerleading and running, and the nicely rounded ass, but not too large.  It also doesn’t hurt that she has very nice long legs to compliment the more northern regions of her body.  Yeah, she’s extremely sexy.  So, why am I still not that enthralled with the sex?  I don’t really know.  Maybe I just don’t necessarily need sex like my friends claim they do. Christie loves the sex, although, she’s always complaining about how we’re not as sexually active as she’d like us to be.  But, I try to keep her happy.  She said we had to do it tonight, with school starting up tomorrow and everything.  It’s always harder for us to find personnel time to do that kind of stuff when we have school.  I don’t really care, but like I said.  I try and keep her happy.

Next day at school…

“Dude this year is going to fuckin’ rock,” came the voice of my best friend, Jet.  “We’re finally seniors, and we’re gonna rule the school!  Yep!  This is gonna be the best year ever!  You’re the varsity football captain, you’re girlfriend is the varsity cheerleading captain, and I’m your best friend!  We practically rule the school already!  No one’s gonna dare get in our way!”

First class…

“Late, Mr. Masterson?  Not a good way to start your senior year.”
“Sorry, Mr. Richardson.  I thought you were still in room 321.”  Mr. Richardson is one of my favorite teachers.  He’s just really strict on school policies.  Yep.  Figures.  None of my friends are in this class.  Ah well...
I realize Mr. Masterson never seems to surprise me, as I take a look around this year’s classroom.  Even though this is a totally different classroom then what he had last year, it almost looks exactly the same.  His walls are always filled with works, poems, and stories of his students from previous years.  His desk, which looks like every other teachers desk I’ve ever seen since Kindergarten, sits at the front of the class room.  Because he finds it easier for us to have classroom discussions, he always splits the desks in two halves and puts them facing each other on opposite sides of the room.
“Hi.  My name is Jason,” came a voice from the desk next to me.  “There’s an empty seat next to me if you want.”  He seems like an interesting person.  He’s a pretty handsome guy, actually.  He’s got that dirty blonde hair that kind of both looks messy, but semi neat at the same time, the blue eyes, and the nice, smooth skin.  Not to mention he was dressed very nicely.  He probably hooks up with a lot of chicks…
“Hey man.  My name is Brad.  Nice to meet you.”
“Yeah, you to.  It’s nice to meet someone here.  I just moved here from California.”
“Oh, that’s cool.  I’ve always wanted to visit there.  Welcome to New York.”
“Thanks man!  This place is different from California!”

Ding!  Ding!

“Well, there’s the bell.  Nice to meet you.  See ya around?”
         “Looks like it.  See ya!”

After school, before football practice…

“Oh my god!  You’ll never believe what I just found out!”  Jet said as we entered the locker room to get ready for football practice.
“You finally realized aliens aren’t real?”  I replied sarcastically.
“Very funny, but no!  There’s a new person on the Varsity Cheer Squad...”
         “Yeah, that tends to happen.”
“But, this one just ain’t right!  It’s a dude!”
“You mean there’s a… guy on the cheerleading squad?!”  I said with disbelief.
         “Yeah, what a queer!”
Wow… a guy cheerleader!  How weird!  I know I’ve heard of guy cheerleaders before, but not around this area!  Especially this school!  In my opinion, there’s nothing wrong with that.  Actually, I think it’s cool he has his own thing, but that guy is going to have some problems at this school.  This school’s student population is built around reputations and rules we’re “supposed” to go by.  I just feel bad for the guy…
“There’s just one thing I don’t get… dude?  Are you listening?”
“Huh?” oops.  “Sorry, got lost in thought.  What don’t you get?”
“Are you sure aliens aren’t real?  Because I swear one ate my homework!”
“Dude, Ms. Myers didn’t believe that the last three years!  What makes you think she will now?”  I said, getting a little annoyed.
“Why won’t she now?  Because I’ve figured it all out this year!  I’ll just remind her that if she “doesn’t believe me”, and fails me, she’ll have to put up with me again next year!” he said with a pretty big grin on his face.
“Good point…”  Wow!  Guy cheerleaders and Jet thinking something through that might actually not backfire on him… sounds like it’s going to be a very interesting year…
