In a rage

i was mad. and voiced it. not a real writing.

Have you ever been so mad
that you started to scream?
To fling out your arms
and release all the steam...
To shout to the poeple
that your in a rage...
To turn to the one who wronged you
and get in their face...
To be so mad
that you could just spit...
To fall on the floor
and have a childish fit...
To slap someone
as hard as you can..
knowing it felt good
and do it again...
Did the tears start to fall
because you couldnt control them?
And look at their cause
and know that you loath them?
Your heart hurt so bad
at the things that they said...
that you tossed all night
in your bed.
Did you wake up the next morn
with your heart still torn?
Your head ached so bad...
and to know that your still sad?
Did cry again?
Your not alone my friend.
I felt this way
and so do you
I hope it goes away
you hope it too.....
