Bloodshot Eyes

Living life through bloodshot eyes
Senses dull and thoughts blur
Hiding the truth behind our disguise
No thoughts of tomorrow, forgetting the future

It’s good now right
We think to ourselves
As this mask of feelings
Shields us from the world
Something isn’t right
