Have You stopped to consider
the outcome of your deeds?
Looked back and tried to understand
the void that you did leave,
Do you stop to smell the flowers,
watch an eagle soar in flight ?
Do you still light a candle
upon the full moon night?

Do you still remember
the good times we have shared,
Stopped to check your feelings,
ask questions - did you dare?
There is no way of knowing
who was wrong or right,
But do you still light a candle
upon the full moon night?

Have you forgotten all the teachings
or still live by the rede?
Have you let them change you
into one driven by your greed?
Did you turn toward the dark side
or strive to project your inner light,
Do you still light a candle
upon the full moon night?

Could you stand within the circle
with spirit bright and clear?
Or have you forgotten the truths
that you once learned here?
The Lady cries for her lost children--
but never loses them from sight,
So I shall light for you a candle
upon each full moon night.
