The beauty of leaves fallen,
Willingly naked and seemingly lonely,
Never to have possessed a calling,
As perfect as the one which lives through them.
Joyously trembling when met with the wind.
Anxious only for what already is.
Not to waste a single moment on purpose,
Ever only to ponder on the wisdom in honest Life.
Upon sight I realize my resemblance.
Though a hard thought to hold manifest,
I accept the truth of my eternal bloodline.
Now I am conscious. Oh the joy of being a tree.
