Our Soldiers

It's your sons and daughters

Your mothers and fathers

Your brothers or sisters too

Can be your husband or your wife

They go to risk their life
to fight for the red white and blue

Some people say that they should stay away
and not be over there.

These brave soldiers only need to hear
that we care

They fight for freedom and what is right

In the the darkness they are the light

They are the ones to look up to

They are What is great about the red white and blue

They are the stars that shine

The ones that make freedom yours and mine

These un-sung heroes of our time
Be it your soldier or mine

Give them your love and praise
Thru their nights and days

Pray to God to keep them whole
and let them soon reach their goal

So don't moan and groan

Just thank God when our soldiers get home
