Losing a loved one

Death Did Us Apart

You and me use to be together
until time and age did us apart
although we weren't married we were very close
God had a choice
and where you went is what he chose
although it was for the best I still ask " where'd you go?"
I miss you more everyday
your beautiful smile was like the sunset on the bay
what happened was like my heart was hit by a dart,
just rememeber:
