Strong

This poem is my most recent and was inpired by my love for my partner.

To the skies my heart bounces
Ascending into the atmosphere
Flying through breathtaking clouds
On the ride of a lifetime
Of which no one knows but me
What goes up
Must come down
But that can’t be,
When my love for you never ends

The desire of your sweet lips
Against mine so softly

So strong

Like a boozer without a bottle.
You are my veins and
Are like the hairs
On my body
All over and part of my being
Human
We all are and sometimes we just
Can’t help it
How we feel and what we do

The future is bright for us
Things behind us
And our is love as

Strong

As hurricane winds
Nothing can stop us and
No one in between

Oh, how I want
Your hand in mine so perfect
I want that 
Electricity of your touch
The assurance that true love
Is not a figment of imagination
But reality
And us so lucky to find
That which makes us whole
That which makes us live

Something so strong
And rare
And indestructible
That which is our love
