It's hard enough getting along in Deios High without being an Earthy.
Trigger is a no name orphan from Earth who wins an anonymous scholarship to Deios Space Central, a high school for teens who live in outer space. Going there she finds out being an orphan on Earth mightve been easier. Freshmen are lower than dirt, and Earthies are even lower than that. In the hallways, Trigger is shoved out of the way, at tables she is asked to move when upperclassmen or people of higher rank and has to. Trigger is a door mat and a shadow. Ace is the most popular guy in school and Captain of the Martial arts club. He has the nicest ship and the best looking girlfriend. In Deios he is the God. Trigger is sick of being pushed around so she joins the Martial arts club, there are no cuts, they accept everyone who lasts the 10 day conditioning. Alot of girls try out just to be near Rupert and all drop out except Trigger. He becomes impressed by her and makes her his personal protege aiming to make her into a great fighter, but when Trigger is awaken from a terrible dream and goes to the bathroom, Ace's best friend, Bruiser, comes in with Ace's girlfriend and is making out with her. Trigger tries to break the news to Ace but he doesn't believe her and hates her for it. He stops training her and the leaders make her take down the equipment every day. Ace does take some what of what Trigger says seriously and approaches Bruiser about it. Bruiser denies everything and claims that triggers just saying stuff to break Ace and Jazzy up because she likes him. Ace takes his word and Jazz and Bruiser make a personal enemy out of Trigger. They try to punish Trigger for opening her mouth but trigger uses her wit to get out of the situation by telling them that she can help Bruiser become head of the school. Why should they keep their relationship a secret,it's time to bring Ace down from his throne...to be continued
