yourself is a good feeling

(it can and should be)

to be Dreaming, Thinking

even Crying -

it allows feelings to come out

that might not be felt the way

they should be

its so easy to “ignore” feelings

when there are other people with you

some feelings should be experienced

and “felt” when you are on your own!
