Murderous Intent

Just felt like writing one day while really depressed.

The darkness lashes deep within,
clawing its way to the surface;
armed with hatred, filled with power;
seeking a greater purpose.


Draining my soul with murderous intent,
destroying all that I was;
hammering away on what's left of my heart,
my veins are now filled with fetid puss.


My heart shrivels and blackens as I feel my soul dying,
the darkness inside it never stops fighting,
its clawing its grabbing its tearing its biting,
the pain is more than I can bear.


With murderous intent,
I throw myself into the endless abyss;
and there,
forever remain falling.
