Divine Grace (Terza Rima Sonnet)

In adverse times you are the only solace.
When storms wreck life only you can make them calm.
When things go wrong I surrender to your grace.

On my unhealable wounds you are the balm.
You are the one with whom I can share my pain.
You will punish those who wish to do me harm.

I do not ask for monetary gain.
All I want is your love and affection.
I want to drench myself in your blessing's rain.

I offer you my love without condition.
This is my simple prayer straight from the heart.
Please accept me without hesitation.

You are there for me when the world falls apart,
You are the one with whom I will never part.
