All I had was him--my brother.
SOMETIMES

Sometimes I can’t help but cry
When I see my brother sleeping empty stomach
Sometimes I can’t help but sigh
And hope that tomorrow our mother will come back

Sometimes I can’t help but question God
Why He gave us a life like this.
Sometimes I can’t help but be sad
Watch the world go by in bliss

Sometimes I can’t help but envy others
They see life as a playground full of laughter
Sometimes I can’t help but doubt others
They judge us and left us shattered

Sometimes I can’t help but stay awake at night
I’m afraid I’ll never see my brother smile again
Sometimes I can’t help but hold him tight
Let him feel my warmth and fill his heart that is forsaken

Sometimes I can’t help but wait
Create a fantasy and stare the cars as they pass
Sometimes I can’t help but trust fate
I know someday all my dreams will finally last
