Revelation and gratitude.

There were moments...
when saying, "Hello" seemed
so difficult.

There were moments...
when saying, "Goodbye" seemed
to take forever.

There were moments...
when saying, "I love you" seemed
a betrayal of myself.

There were moments...
when saying, "Forgive me" seemed
an undeserved request.

There were moments...
when saying, "I understand" seemed
empty and confusing.

There were moments...
when saying, "I surrender" seemed
like a bad idea.

Thank you God...
for
"all"
those moments.
