Everyday we breath and we think
But of what are we thinking?
We write down our words in lead and ink,
But can you feel yourself sinking?
Our minds just drift away,
however I don't think we accomplished much today.
Songs being written, words being processed.
However I must confess.
I'm thinking about you again,
Its become my oxygen.
When my thoughts aren't occupied by math, science and history
The random gibberish my thoughts say is all a mystery
That leads back to you.
With each word I watch you write or speak
Almost everything you do,
makes me feel weak.
Why can't I say the things I'm thinking,
Wait I know its because I saw you blinking.
I watch you during class as I wonder whats on your mind,
Secretly I wished you tell me you'd like to be mine.
Thats just it though
I treat you like my foe
I'll never let you truly know how I feel
Simply because what if my thoughts become real?
Not the ones of you wanting me,
But the ones of you not being free.
So I will keep randomly thinking to my self
and try to maintain mental health.
