feeling of grief

I hate this feeling, when everything builds up
its like a wave crashing down
and everything explodes inside of me
all these thoughts, all these emotions
with no escape
i must be dreaming, but its never enough
i keep swimming until i drown
holding it in until i breathe
no feeling, just going through the motions
leading to the same fate
