Sometimes I forget to say how much I care,
God sent you to me because of my prayer.
The first time they placed you in my arms,
You enchanted me with all your charms.

Your smile was so beautiful to see,
My heart was overwhelmed with glee.

The joy you brought me was a hundredfold.

You are a miracle sent from above,
You have my heart, my soul, all my love.
The bond we share like none I've known,
We are best friends and I'm never alone.

You are so generous and have a heart of gold,
Something rare which not many people hold.
I treasure you because you are sincere,
I hold you close to my heart, my daughter dear.

You've always comforted me, when no one else cared,
You never complained, and you were always there.
I thank God everyday for sending you to me,
I know that is how God wanted it to be.

You're my daughter, and I'm filled with pride,
In you, I know, I can always confide.
I'm blessed to have a daughter like you,
