A Smilerise

A glowing on the horizon; the sun
Stretching its warm rays against the rosy sky,
It slowly ascends its staircase to the heavens where it brightens and
      strengthens from its watch o’er the world,
It moves across the sky ‘til it reaches the end of the path
The sun dips gently within the embrace of the horizon

It gleams in your eyes
While the corners of your mouth begin to crinkle
Its light slowly plays across your face ‘til it covers the rosy skin broadly
The smile disappears as suddenly as it arises leaving just a trace of the gleam
      in your eyes.
