A poem on the novel of Harry Potter by J.K Rowling
As I walked
Down the market road,
I passed strange people
Some carrying a toad.

They sang in merry
"He has gone atlast,
So rejoice and dance
For he has gone atlast."

They sang and danced
And swished their cloaks,
"Lord Voldemort has gone
So celebrate folks."

"Little Harry Potter
Has done it for us,
And the fall of the Dark Lord
Has made him famous."

"He escaped from the Dark Lord
With nothing but a scar,
Which many great wizards
Could not do so far."

"Hey Little girl!"
Said one of them,
"Have you not heard
The chosen one's name?"

"Of course! Of course!
For you are a muggle,
So without a wand
You need to struggle."

"We are wizards
Above you all,
Now living in peace
With the Dark Lord's fall."

"Accio!" he shouted
As if calling for something,
And suddenly from behind
Whizzed past a golden ring.

When he touched it
He was seen nowhere,
He just disappeared
Somewhere in thin air.

Was this all real?
Or was it dream?
My thoughts were muddled
I couldn't understand a thing!
