My heart beat stopped
The cool blade slicing through my neck
I felt the pain

Blood gushed
Eyes closed
Why did they do this Mommy?

Gasps heard
All around
What happened Mommy?

She came
Her face pale
Where are you Mommy?

She lifted me up
My head lay
In the basket
What did I do Mommy?

Her hands
Dragged me away
Where are you taking me Mommy?

The dirt
Closed around me
Come back soon Mommy.
