From This Day Forward...

Lord, I don't know when, or how, but I know that someday I am going to stand before You, face-to-face.

No proxys.

Nothing between us.

Nothing to hide behind.

I will give account for every moment of my life and every inch of my being.

No room for exagerration or watering down.

No excuses.

I want to have things to present to You on that day, Lord -- I want to have a crown to cast before You.

I will have plenty of things from my past that will prove rubbish from my past, Lord, but I know that because of Your saving Grace, my past does not have to spell out my future. 

I ask You, Lord, to free me from everything that keeps me from loving You.  Strip away all that comes between us, Lord. 

From this day forward, my heart belongs to YOU AND YOU ALONE!!!
