A Peek Within

A look, a nod, a smile, a wink
From me to you, is just instinct

So take a peek, with me within
This random self, where to begin?

The lilts and tilts of words sublime
Fall to the keys, straight from my mind

Aha! A cry, an epiphany
That plan, idea, some creation of me

A mirror, a door, the eyes do seem
To the self behind, this zany dream

So step with me, step with care,
Watch out you should, words fall from air

Alphabet, writing, words are fighting
For space on my fingertips, its rather frightening!

Tread within the halls of my mind,
But careful say I, of what you find!
