A life style that so many of aspire to, thankfully not me any longer

goodbye suburban ladies its no life for me
soccer tournaments and the weekends gone
no adventure found

no microwave dishes for convenience sake
its fish from the sea lovingly prepared
lets wear our aprons and nothing else

once a month duty is not for me
its love that I make
to you and to me

while we dance it can be to the oldies
but I will take Seal as we do our striptease
our bodies move to the beat

why do you live in houses all the same
how about downtowns that never shut down
or mountains tops where God speaks

damn the alarm clock and nightly news
fox cnn or some sort of span
theres no truth its all bullshit

once a year vacation by sacrifices made
a month packed in five days full of stress
gawd damn can we leave
