Heartfelt poetry, semi dark.

Screaming and bleeding
I lie on the ground
Lacerated my flesh
But created no sound
So the barriers broken
The truths been let in
I cant shake these feelings
From under my skin
Im crying and shaking
From the burdens of your pain
I try to help you all
But its all in vain
My stomach is curling
From all of this doubt
I try to speak
But I cant figure out
Outside its a whisper
But inside, its a SHOUT.
