The Food Police versus the Easter bunny |
| No Easter Bunny came this year, with jelly beans, colored eggs, and chocolate bunnies in baskets of fake green grass. No Easter egg hunts were scheduled in municipalities across the land, because the food police made it known that Peter Cottontail, also known as Peter Rabbit or the Easter bunny, was persona non grata, with a price upon his ears; wanted for giving unhealthy sugary and cholesterol saturated treats to unsuspecting and innocent children. On Easter morning a cry was heard echoing across the nation as children donned Easter bonnets for a march on Washington. |
