This poem makes an analogy of being on a playground to living your life. |
| Playground Inside out Upside down, Roundabout Frown becomes smile. Whirling around I fall down, Now my smile Becomes a frown. Hopping to the left Jumping to the right, Bending to the ground Enticing my sight. Twirling in a square Circling in a line, So like my life Which is utterly sublime. Somersaults on ground Handstands in the air, No one ever said, “Life is fair”. On the playground You can choose to be blithe, As master of your destiny On the merry-go-round of life. |
