Barely paying attention this morning, I switched between channels, looking for entertainment. I heard a familiar voice, the voice of Ma Kettle, a very funny character played by Marorie Main

Well, it was not the comic genius from the Ma and Pa Kettle movies of the late Forties and early Fifties. It was Anne Gimenez, a funny lady in her own right, but not as genuine and caring as Ma Kettle.

I watched for a few minutes. chuckled at the audience, then went to you tube to watch a Ma and Pa Kettle movie. Believe me. Ma Kettle has more to teach us about living than some televangelene.
