An ode to Keats

Of redbreasts and larks he sees,
In his lovely poesies.
Tears of the past years effaced,
My sorrow and gloom he erased.

Nature seen through his eyes seem calm,
Serene beauty turns a balm
For my sheer despondence,
Fills me with bliss,happiness.

Splendid rhymes form symphonies
To all sorts of melodies,
To offer encomium ,
In songs by harmonium.

But joy is not always life,
Which Keats showed in extreme strife,
Battling with an ailing health,
He succumbed to a black death.

His memories will remain,
Magical words will sustain
Everyone to weave parchments
Of laudable endowments.
