"Butterfly"

Impatience starts sinking in,

I wish I could understand.

All the mysteries that hold me back,

it's like I'm stuck in quick sand.

This world seems paces ahead,

I'm always sprinting to stay up.

But I find myself exhausted,

with self doubts that never erupt.

Though every time I repeat the cycle,

I sense someone tugging the breaks.

Reminding me of this road I travel,

and the process I must not forsake.

For through it true beauty is found,

and strength rises high.

All the things that time develops,

to form wings of a butterfly.
